I accepted a job offer in Beverly Hills

I’ve been finishing up a few projects here in Portland while I’ve also been corresponding with a New York Times best selling author in LA about a steady position as a video editor for their office in Beverly Hills. After a week-long negotiation I finally accepted a job offer. So I’m moving to California next week.

Replacement iPod Nano Arrived today

Aww yeah I got my iPod nano replacement from FedEx today. I ended up getting the 6th generation silver 8gig iPod nano that Apple sent to replace my “defective” 1st generation 2gig iPod nano.

Apple Certified Trainer Motion 5

I just completed the exam for Apple Certified Trainer Motion 5. I can not even begin to describe the feelings I have right now regarding this accomplishment. Knowing that I am one of the very few people in the US, not to mention the entire world, that has both FCPX and Motion 5 Trainer Certification… it’s a very good feeling. iPod Nano Replacement

So I’ve been following the tech blogs recently and I discovered that Apple was offering a replacement for their 1st generation iPod nano. I bought 2 of these iPod nanos off Craigslist about 5 yrs. ago. I think I paid like $20 for two of them. Both of the iPods had cracked screens when I bought them. I knew of a replacement program at the time for a manufacturing default that caused the screen to crack, so I sent one of them in to Apple and received a replacement for a new 1st gen. iPod nano.
